Here are the terms and conditions of our VRE
Property sales.
1. We use escrow.com to handle domain
transactions. This ensures both buyer and seller
protection from fraud and scams.
We will pay the escrow fees on domains over
$1,000
anything under that, the fees will be split
50/50.
2. We DO NOT appraise our domains. If you feel
a need to have a domain name appraisal before
buying them, please feel free to do so. Domain
Appraisals will not alter our perception of what
our property is worth. It is our property, we set
our selling price, not what someone else might
think it's worth. We make money off of all of our
domains, we know what they are worth to us, our
price is that, our price. We will consider
reasonable offers.
3. Buyer is required to initiate a transfer of
domain via their registrar once escrow has been
established.
4. Buy receives domain name only, unless other
arrangements have been made for specific content.
5. All sales are final.
